I
seldom cook food with my family and friends, because I am not very well for cooking. When
it had special days for example mother birthday or Christmas party, I will cook
food to share my love and food for them.
Mother day was coming
soon, I don’t know I should gave what present to my mother. Suddenly, I think
that I can cook food to my mother. I think this is a good way to show my love
for her and concern
to the ones we love .At the mother day, I try to cook food to my family members to eat
their dinner. Although I am not good at cooking, so I will try my best to cook
a delicious food for my family.
My mother was very
surprised that I cooked food for her and she is cheerful for my present.
Although the food cooked not very well, my mother loved it very much. She told
me that some food is overcooked, but the flavor is good and it looked very
delicious. It is the best present for her. After the mother day, sometimes I
will cook food and make some dessert. I learn that in the Internet and some of
them is my mother taught me. I think that you share your food for my
parents, family members and close friends, they can feel my love from the
food as they cook with heart. When I was free, I will try to learn some different
types of food because I only know how to cook very little such as vegetables
and meat. I will improve my cooking skills to cook well and I think that someday
my friends will eat my food and share my love with you. It is a wonderful
experience for me in the mother day.
I thought my challenge is
English Language, because my English is inferior and I haven’t pass the
examination in the secondary school especially writing. I didn’t have enough
vocabulary to elaborate my comprehension For the Reading Paper, I only know
half of the passage what is talking about but I don’t know how to answer the
questions. It is because I did not know the questions of the vocabulary what is
the meaning and the opposite. So I think English is
my challenge.
In 30th June of the South China Morning Post, the two physically challenged
students got A-team in Geography and History, the other scored an A in History.
They have set up a good role models for me in terms of determination to
overcome their challenges. They come from China and have a poor English, she
study every day for six hours to improve her knowledge .They have difficulties
of language ,they can only speak dialect only in their native place and do not
know Cantonese. English is not their mother-tongue and they taught at a very late
stage in primary schools etc, but they took A-levels in their subject using of
English and Chinese Language. I think their attitude is deserve me to learning.

Strong will and calmness
are two elements needed to succeed in examination and conquered my challenges
.Every day I study and memorizing words from my English notebook. My English
teacher help us to improve our vocabulary and grammar. She give us our test and
dictation to help me to improve our English for the Hong Kong Diploma of
Secondary School Education next year to get a good results. She give us to do
the preparation to read the passages and know the passages what mean and check
the vocabulary that we didn’t know.

I have to overcome the
difficulties of English and get thought the determination, I will set up a
target to reach the goals for the HKDSE. I know that it is difficult for me to
study English every day, but I believe that never give up and work hard will be
successes. The two physically challenged students do not give up and set up a
role models for me to work hard study to prepare examination. I will improve my
grammar and vocabulary in my comprehension because practice makes prefect. I
hope that I will get pass and work hard in the HKDSE. Fighting!!!!
The music of East Africa is distinguished from
that of Central Africa by a number of instruments, and from that of southern
Africa, which traditionally emphasizes certain kinds of choral organization and
complex forms of musical bows. Drums are among the more popular African
instruments, but other important percussion instruments include clap-sticks,
bells, rattles, slit gongs, struck gourds and clay pots, stamping tubes, and
xylophones. African stringed instruments include the musical bow, lute, lyre,
harp, and zither. The flute, whistle, oboe, and trumpet are among the African
wind instruments.
When I knew that today is playing African Drums,
I think it is very boring because the rhythm is so simple and not good for me.
We are staying in the cover playground so that it is sticky heat because we
didn’t have an air-conditioner
to make us feel cool. I think this activity is very bored. All of the S5
student will have a chance to play with the drums and dance with us. We are
very lucky to see our principal and Mr. Wu joining the group and showing their
talent and dancing. Sister Cheung become a leader to walk around and according her step
walk in which way. Students use the drums and hands to play with her. Instructor
or students can choose us to be a leader .Mr. Wu dance with us to. They can use
their rhythms to dance and we can use our drums to follow her rhythms. We are
playing very exciting and have a high of atmosphere.
I think this activity very good and meaningful for us because
this activity can create how to become a good leader, rhythms and know more
about the African culture, especial music and dancing. All of the S5 students
can have a chance to plat with their friends, classmate and teacher. Finished
the examination, we have a chance to relax in this, but I think that I have to
work hard for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary School Education (HKDSE). I will work
hard to prepare for the HKDSE and take a good results.
